Sally West

After starting my career in accounting and finance, I became both a CPA and a CFO before moving into telecommunications to lead teams in finance and data analytics.

I first experienced the power of coaching at a women’s leadership program. The best part of the program was working with a business coach.

My coach helped me gain confidence, navigate through toxic work issues, and ultimately step into a fulfilling role in the corporate office.

  • Therapy helps address past trauma and mental health concerns. Coaching helps you design your future, set goals, and achieve them.

  • Most sessions are on Zoom, but in-person sessions are available for those in the Austin area.

  • One month of coaching (4 sessions) is $1,187. A 4-month package (12 sessions) is $3,347.

  • The free discovery session is 30 minutes. Ongoing sessions are approximately an hour.

  • Most clients meet every other week, though some choose weekly sessions for faster progress.
